Understand our refund returns policy at Vacation Rental Support. All sales are final for custom-prepared products. All of our products are custom-prepared, labeled, and processed specifically for each customer and property. Because of the personalized nature of our offerings, all sales are final.
Due to the custom labeling, property-specific preparation, and hygienic handling of our items (such as pre-washed linens and towels), we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products or bundles once an order is placed.
Why We Don’t Accept Returns
- All linens are pre-washed, dried, folded, and labeled for your specific unit or property.
- Items are not resellable or reusable for other customers.
- Our fulfillment process begins quickly to ensure fast turnaround, especially for property openings or guest arrivals.
Try Before You Bundle
We understand the importance of quality and fit. That’s why customers can purchase a single Vacation Rental Towel Set directly from our shop before placing a larger bulk order.
This allows you to:

- Review the labeling and laundering process
- Confirm fit and feel before committing to a full property setup
Order Accuracy
Please ensure all order details — including labeling instructions, quantities, and shipping information — are accurate at the time of purchase. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after placing your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
