By accessing this website or completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of Website

This site is operated by Vacation Rental Support™, LLC. You may use it to:

  • Purchase products or services
  • Submit inquiries or requests
  • Replace property items as a guest using a one-time checkout

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout.
  • Payment is securely processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
  • We do not store or access full payment card details.
  • For shop customers, invoices may be available by request.

3. Shop and Bundle Product Fulfillment

For Shop Customers:

  • Items purchased from the shop (such as labeled linens or signage) are physically shipped to the address you provide.
  • Orders are processed within the stated timelines on the product page.
  • You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.
  • Please ensure that all order details — including the property identifier, which is 11 Characters long (A-Z, 0-9), quantities, and shipping information — are accurate at the time of purchase.

4. Why We Don’t Accept Returns

  • All linens are pre-washed, de-tagged, and labeled for your specific property.
  • Items are not resellable or reusable for other customers.
  • Our fulfillment process begins as soon as payment has cleared. We quickly ensure a fast turnaround, especially for vacation rental properties.

5. Online Shop – Try Before You Bundle

We understand the importance of durability, softness, and quality. Customers can purchase a single vacation rental linen set directly from our shop before placing a larger bundle order.

Allowing you to:

  • Experience the quality of our products.
  • Review the labeling and laundering process.
  • Confirm before committing to a complete property bundle.

6. Guests Using Replacement Linens QR Code Scan

This one-time checkout system allows you to cover the cost of a stained or damaged item at the property. It’s designed for convenience, not enforcement.

  • No physical product is shipped.
  • The item you’re paying for is a pre-washed, labeled piece that will be replaced and returned to service at the vacation rental.
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
  • Florida sales tax is collected at checkout.
  • No personal or payment data is stored or reused.
  • Your information is used solely to process this transaction and is not saved for marketing, accounts, or future charges.
  • All payments are final. Refunds are not applicable.

7. In-House Property Guest Use Disclaimer

By using this system:

  • You are not creating an account or subscription.
  • Your use is one-time, secure, and anonymous beyond the payment.
  • This system helps support property standards and accountability for shared guest spaces.

8. QR Code Use

Our system uses QR codes to help guests, owners, and service teams quickly access relevant pages. Scanning a QR code from Vacation Rental Support™ is safe. QR codes simply open a secure web page associated with a specific property or task — no personal data is collected during the scan itself.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (including logos, systems, and signage) is the property of Vacation Rental Support™, LLC and may not be copied, redistributed, or repurposed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse of our products
  • Delays caused by third-party carriers or service providers
  • Errors due to incorrect user-submitted information

Use of this site and its products is at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
